Fast and Good. It's hard to find the place burried behind the KFC, and next to the bland Public Library in this shopping plaza that looks uninteresting. Pio Pio however turns the uninteresting into the "tres" interesting. Good food served fast at excellent prices! Ask about their Sangria; it's the best!
