Great car buying experience!. Bought my 2012 Genesis. Dealt with the internet dept: Kevin, the director of sales, Bob and Lex. They all played different roles and made my car buying transaction a smooth and pleasant one. No tricks were played or unnecessary delays. Price agreed was respected and rebates and interest rates offered by manufacturer were applied. The finance process was also very satisfying; I did not feel pressured to buy any extra coverage. On the other hand, we were given all the time we wanted to get familiar with the vehicle's features and to ask all the necessary questions. I honestly recommend this dealer to anyone who values honesty, professionalism and excellent customer service. I had contacted other dealers in the area, however Universal Hyundai was number one on my list. I could not have asked for a better experience and it really changed the concept I had about car buying.

New Hyundai Sonata from Universal. Finding a dealer that would give all the information up front is really had these days. Ray gave me everything up front and he made sure I knew about the Sonata I bought inside and out. Thank you Ray and Universal Hyundai, I will make sure I send everyone who needs a Hyundai to Universal. I shopped two other dealers in Orlando and I was not happy at all because the way they treat you at all.

Helpful, Friendly and an overall good experience. Although I have never really been a Hyundai fan per se, I can’t express what a great buying experience that I recently had at Universal Hyundai. I am so impressed with my 2010 Sonata and I feel like I got the price I wanted and researched prior to coming in. I have not seen quite as much enthusiasm as the staff at Universal, even if seemed fake at time I did appreciate the effort on their part. I’m glad that there are still good dealerships around that are helpful and friendly.

service and courtesy, rare find. I?ve been thinking about getting a new car for myself for a while. I visited a Hyundai store closest to my house, but did not really like the people, the salesman were always staring at me, pressuring me without even saying a word five hundred feet away, so I decided to look for cars the modern way, via internet and I am glad I did. I found the best price for a Sonata Universal Hyundai although it is pretty far from home it was worth the trip! My wife and I were greeted by a very clean gentleman who only seemed interested in what I wanted. My wife enjoyed the test drive and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This place gets a five star for the good experience and pleasant vibes from the people. I will be coming back in a few months when my wife?s lease expires.

Went out of their way to help us.. My spouse and I purchased a Sonata from Universal last week. This is a very popular model apperantly and is difficult to find in the exact configuration I was looking for. Universal went out of their way to help us locate the exact model with the options we were looking for, for the price we had negotiated as if the car was in their inventory. They took care of us and were very friendly and helpful. I?d recommend them to anyone.

Fair and Pleasant, I reccomend Universal Nissan. I had a very pleasant experience with Mark at Universal Nissan. I highly recommend any Universal dealer! I got a fair price without all the usual run around and bs I got last time I bought a car from a dealership. I had an issue with financing and they worked with me for over two weeks to get it straightened out. Thank you Mark and everyone in the finance department. I will be back for my next car

Easy Buying Process. Tom was awesome to work with. I contacted several other dealerships and Tom was the best to work with. Didn't play games like the other salesmen and gave me everything I was looking for. I hate the whole car buying process and Tom made it enjoyable.

Fantastic Service. Last week I came in for a front license plate as I did not have one (bought the car out of a state that does not require them). I drive a 1998 and the gentleman in the parts department spend a good 15 minutes trying to track down the appropriate parts for the car. Lo and behold, the part had been discontinued. I panicked a bit, as improvisation is my strong suit with automobiles, but the gentleman in parts spoke with the gentleman in service. A few minutes later, the gentleman from service came over with a drill and quickly put my front license plate in place. When I asked about a charge, both men said there would be no charge. I feel they both went above and beyond to help me with what I thought would be a minor issue and truned out to be something a bit more. i want to thank them for their great service, I will definitely be using them again.

Highly Reccomended. We had sent out numerous Internet pricing requests to multiple dealer ships in our search for a car. They were they first to respond (some never did respond). Also, they were the only to promptly reply to my multiple email inquiries. On Saturday morning we began our search for a car and started here. After that we visited other dealers here in the area. Our experience at these other dealer ships with the sales personnel was mostly negative and unpleasant. The high pressure tacticsand know it all attitudes some of the sale people used on us was unbelievable. At the end of the day we were beat and worn out (shopping for a car is very trying). We reflected back on our experience and we both agreed that if we were going to buy a car it would be here because of how we were treated on our initial visit. The support and no pressure negotiation process was fantastic! They were a real pleasure to work with and we are going to let all our friends and co-workers who are in the market for a car know about it.
