Be VERY specific!. I did not receive the cut I asked for, and ended up not being happy with the result. In the past, when I've asked for long layers and not more than 1/2 inch cut off, that is what I got. Here, I got about 3 inches on the floor before I could stop her and layers that begin about level with my ears - not "long" in my opinion. I will know to be incredibly specific the next place I go, but it will not be here.
