The Perfect getaway. My family and I spent a weekend here and would recommend the Perri house to all. Rooms and service were as good as it gets, the property was beautiful and relaxing. I plan on staying there everytime we get a chance. You wont be disappointed if you do the same.

Romantics agree ... this rustic B&B (avian sanctuary) isn't just for the birds.. The Scene
Just three miles from Downtown Disney, this family-owned and operated estate occupies a secluded 16-acre sliver of this otherwise hectic area. The B&B is hidden in a grove of oak trees and grassy fields that are populated with dozens of birdbaths, birdhouses and feeders ... the property is also home to a bird sanctuary.

The Details
This is a refuge for both outdoor fanatics (binoculars and field glasses are provided for bird-watching hikes) and romantics (packages include those for weddings). In a destination crowded with kid-infested and theme-laden accommodations, it's a great option for local lovers and visiting couples. Eight rooms each offer four-poster or canopy beds, private baths and two entrances, one private and the other leading to a central library whose cedar walls provide a bucolic backdrop for birdhouses, a leather couch and the rock fireplace. Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking an attractive pool and patio area. If Disneyworld doesn't quite do it for you, check out the neighboring Grand Cypress Equestrian Center and Golf Course.
