First and last visit there. I went and ordered pizzas to go, they said it would take about 20 min, I waited there for about 45 mins. Took it home, when we got ready to eat the pizza we saw the toppings were not what I had ordered. I called them back… the manager was rude and unapologetic. After a lot of discussion he agreed to make new pizzas, I had to drive back to pick them up as their deliver person was to busy. To top it all the food was horrible. The pizza had a lot of thick tomato sauce and lot of cheese but extremely low on toppings. Rude and arrogant service, bad food, thanks but not thanks. There are many better options…like Carrabba’s where we ate the next day and loved it.

Poor service especially from the manager.The food was one big disappointment. If he were cooking barbecue the blackened bottom on the pizza would make sense. Giordano does not live up to its namesake in Chicago.
