Amazing Food and Service

My boyfriend and I are locals in the Orlando area with Disney annual passes, so we visit the parks (and the Disney restaurants) quite often. After a day in EPCOT, we walked across the bridge to the Yacht Club Resort to have dinner at the Yachtsman. We were a little early and had requested a window seat, so there was some wait. There is a lounge with a bar and TVs though, so the wait was bearable. We had great seats as we had requested (for those of you who are people watchers). The server was well trained and very knowledgable about the menu. I had the Filet Mignon which was tender and cooked exactly as I had asked. My boyfriend had the Porterhouse with similar comments. Side of mushrooms was good to share. Went for a walk along the beach after dinner. Overall great experience with no complaints. This is one of our favorites, a must for Disney visitors looking for a great dinner!

Outstanding!

This is by far, one of the best restaurants at Disney. The setting leaned toward formal, but the nautical theme made it somewhat relaxed. The service was excellent- the best I've ever had at a Disney restaurant. The waiter was attentive, but not disruptive. The steaks were great, but the side dishes were equally exciting. I had the lump crab and asparagus. Wow! I stuffed myself. I've eaten at almost every Disney restaurant, and this is certainly a place that I will return.

Pros: Food, service, setting
Cons: Not really any cons. The price? Expensive, but you expect it.

Great Steaks and Wonderful Atomosphere

I recently won a trip to the Epcot Food and Wine Fest from a local radio station and they put me up at the Disney Yacht Club so I made reservations and had dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. The steaks were great, the service impecable and the atmosphere was nice and friendly. I highly recomend it.
