The car looked fine from the start a few dings and burn holes in the seat. It only at 28,000 miles on the car and it was a piece of junk. The worst thing was the car had a lot of insects in it and we didn't know it until we got to our hotel 80 miles away. We also rented from L & M at the Orlando Airport. We were very disapointed with the quality of the car. Do not rent the Silver Ford Tauras it was terriable. We told the agent about our complaints but they didn't seem to care.

Incredibly horrible. We went down to Orlando, FL and chose to rent from L&M. The car seemed fine from initial inspection. So we drove off. Thats when everything goes. Brakes squeal and grind, Tires improperly balanced causing vibration, Check Engine lights come on, Fuel Cap light comes on. I call customer service, they brush it off. I brush it off after my inspection of the car. Figured it's not my car so why bother to fix it. After this event, I won't trust L&M for my rental car purposes anymore because of SAFETY concerns. P.S. Don't get the silver Ford Focus.
Pros: Decent Price, Convenient
Cons: Bad Service, Bad Car
