We called for a pickup while we were taxing from the runway to the terminal. Continental said no problem and they would be right there. After 6 more phone calls to them and 2 HOURS of waiting with small children, they finally showed up and tried to overload the small bus with people. Furthermore, their bus was not clean and the air conditioning did not work. The driver barely spoke any English and they did not apologize once for their late pickup. Also, the parking lot is a dirt lot with many muddy pot holes that you have to navigate around. This was a truly bad experience.

Cons: Not on time, No Service, Bus was not clean
