Great products at a good price. As a landscape company owner I have purchases all my sod from One Stop Sod for years, its always of high quality and there when promised. These bad reviews must be from unexpected installers or homeowners who don't know what to expect from a sod suppler. The staff is awesome and always very customer service orientated.Fresh quality sod on time what more do you want

1 stop sod. i read these couple of bad reviews and called the company for myself and talked to stacy who was the friendliest person ever and very knowledgable. she told me that the company has been around for over 20 years and there is always going to be few customers that no nobody could satisfy. she also said that the company services more than 150,000 customers a year and to have a handfull of complaint is very good record. anyway she told me to try it for myself and if i did not like the product when delivered i dont have to accept it or pay for it. she said that is true for all customers. however, she made me promiss to write this report if i liked the product and service as i am doing. thanx stacy, promissed delivered.

Good Experience. I called several sod companies and was very frustrated. If I got to talk to a person, they acted like the did not know what I was talking about. When I called 1 Stop Sod, I was treated well. They person I talked to was kind and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase sod at a reasonable price and was given clear instructions on maintaining it. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends...

Fresh Sod? - Run as fast as you can !!!. I have bought sod from a lot of SOD companies in my life and never had a problem until now - what a disaster - not only was the sod mostly dead but when addressed with the owner he lied through his teeth - FRANK NELSON YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED YOURSELF. Not only do you sell crap sod that you say you grow and cut to order ( get a new profession because you suck at it growing it) but then you try and flip the problem over to the purchaser by saying that they did something wrong. Interestingly the sod that I purchased from one of your competitors - delivered days after yours looked great and there has been no problem - your sod is 1/2 dead even still. You have avoided repeated calls, cursed at me when I finally did actually talk with you when you were not hiding behind the "girls" in your office and NEVER fix any problems that you gave me your word you would. How you have been able to stay in business for as long as you have is a miracle. PATHETIC - enjoy your ill gotten gain for now!!

Thank you for the warning. We were thinking about buying sod from them till we saw the reviews here. Now we know better. We will shop elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They delivered horrible sod then refused to do anything. The owner and manager would not return calls. I had to go down three times to get any answers. Never got my money back! They lied about virtually everything that happened. It's one thing to deliver a bad product. It's another to lie about it and never do anything to try and make it right. These people stole my money; plain and simple.

Ripped Off by 1 Stop Sod. 1 stop sod ripped me off. I paid for 2 pallets of sod. The top few layers were fine but the middle of the pallet was full of weeds. So I went back into the office and they told me that the sod was nonrefundable. The sod did not leave their property. When I protested the manager started screaming, I thought he was going to strike me. When I asked for the owners contact information he refused to give it to me. I left and they are currently fighting with the credit card company to charge me for sod that I did not take. This is a poorly run business that should not be in operation.

WARNING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! PRACTICE DECEITFUL BUSINESS TACTICS!!. Don't say you haven't been warned!!!! 1 Stop Sod will rip you off !!!!!!!!! They will do a bait & switch !!!! You will see nice green sod and if they need to get rid of any bad sod they will direct you to the bad sod and not let you take the good sod. I went there to purchase Bahia sod. I did not need a whole pallot, just a dozen pieces. I had spoken to the owner, Frank, on the phone previous to my arrival. He said he had beautiful green Bahia and that I could purchase by the piece. When I arrived they had pallots of nice green Bahia sitting in front of the office. I went inside and purchased from Frank(owner) and his father a dozen pieces of Bahia sod. Then they told me to get it off a pallot way over on the other side of the property sitting by itself. I went over and the grass very old, very brown and each piece was a mix of Bahia and St. Augustine grass. I went back to the office and told Frank about the issues with the sod. He walked me back over to the sod and proceeded to lie about how Bahia grass blades look "flat" when brown and that is why it looks like St. Augustine. I started to disagree with Frank when he rudely told me to load up and leave. He knew he was pulling a scam - a bait & switch!! I loaded up the sod an went to 2 other nursuries to verify what I had suspected. Both nursuries looked at the sod and said I had been ripped off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 1 STOP SOD - THEY PRACTICE DECEITFUL BUSINESS TACTICS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
