Orlando >Curry Ford Animal Hospital
Dr Mole and his staff are very helpful and very nice when I take my dogs in. I had to have one of my pets put down and Dr. Mole was the most caring and reassured me that I was doing the right thing. I appreciated his time that he took with me and how caring his whole staff was.
Happy with bedside manner of Dr. like the clean office. I came to this site to write a nice review about the staff at curry ford animal hospital and saw the comment about "fake reviews" I looked at all these sites and saw different stars of 1,2 4 and 5's so I don't know what this persons' problem is but that isn't true that they are fake because they have all different stars.. I am NOT fake either. Anyway, I wanted to say how helpful Dr. Chris was, including the front receptionist when I had to bring Bonkers to them for his skin problem. I found the fees to be in line with the other vet's as I called around to check prices on office visits. It's is nice to know that this is so close to my house and I feel comfortable with their bedside manners and their fees are in line with the others. I actually gave 5 stars because I didnt see any reason to choose a 3 or 4 for what I experienced.
Fake 5 star reviews bellow.
I checked the reviews for Curry Ford AH on different websites (CitySearch, Yellow Pages...) and guess what, they either get 1star or 5 stars ratings. When you check the reviews for the 5 stars, you'll find out that they are all similar from a website to another, and that these are the one and ONLY review ever posted by the "happy customers"... which in reality means they are fake accounts.
Shame on you.
This place is a RIP OFF
We went through a bad flea infestation lately, and I've taken my dog to this animal hospital, as it is near my place and convenient. The place was empty and I now know why. I left the place with a pill and a spray, but a $130 bill...
A week later, I found tapeworms in her stools, which makes sense, after the fleas issue we've had. Also tapeworms are very recognisable by their size and shape.
The place was empty again. No one phone call the whole time I was waiting there... This time I've been given a pill and... a $84 bill ! I was charged $30 for them just examining the worms I brought them. Ridiculous. I was furious and voiced this was a rip off. The receptionist quietly said "I know" handing me the bill.
Later I went online and found out that the same pill, same brand and ingredients, is sold $13 on a famous website carrying only pet medication.
I gave them a call and even though I bought the medication 15 minutes earlier and it was still intact, they refused to take it back.
What a rip off !
Dr. Mole Best vet in town. We just moved from out of town. After calling a couple places we found that they were offering 1/2 off office visits for new clients. Sweet. Even better I refered someone and they gave me a $10 credit to use towards services. Great value! Dr. Mole took time to answer all of my questions, did vaccines and some other stuff and gave my puppy a free sample of her heartworm and flea medicines. Friendly staff too. I will be refering all my friends here.
We really enjoy taking our pets to Curry Ford Animal Hospita.
I like this hospital for several reasons. One they have been there for over 25 years and seem to have a good neighborhood following. That is how I found them, word of mouth. Many good things I had heard about Dr. Mole, his compassion, caring and his prices are very fair. Yeah, you can't expect your pets to be treated for free but it is nice to know you are getting the best medical service for your money.
I loved this place. His staff has all been with him for many, many years and that says a lot too.
what a wonderful hospital and dr. i have found. When I moved to town 8 years ago and when my long time golden, starlet became ill I didn't know where to turn. I called back to Georgia to my old Vet where I lived and he told me to find Dr. Thomas Mole. He is a bit of a drive but well worth every mile. The staff took me on a tour of their boarding facility and it was so nice. They have a walk area and a pet park. My Starlet was there for 5 days and I must say she got better treatment than I have ever gotten at my own doctors. Dr. Mole took such great care of her, I will always love him for that. I refer him every chance I get.
Best Animal Hospital in Town!!!.
I have lived in the Orlando area for over 20 years and have had animals the entire time. I moved to the chickasaw area about 6 years ago and transfered vets. The first time I went I had Dr. Mole and I have not seen anyone else since. He is great and is always willing to help with whatever you need. The staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. I have seen the same three receptionist every time I go and they know my animals by name as soon as I walk it.
I would NEVER take my animals to BANFIELD! That is like taking your child to government run walk-in clinic... NO THANKS! Not for my babies. They mean more to me than that.
Prices are more than fair too. I called around to get the prices of a spay just to see and they were actually the cheapest in the area. And when I checked out it was the total that they gave over the phone. NO HIDDEN FEES.
I will never use any other vet while living in Florida. I love it there and so do my pets!!
Great place for my dog and cats. Well established, friendly, great service. I have been going to Dr. Mole with all my animals and enjoy my visits. They are a lot more personal than other places from my experience. Plus you can see Dr. Mole every time. They have separate boarding for cats and dogs, recently renovated exam rooms and reception, and opened up a new Pet Park for walking the animals.
Worst Animal Hospital.
Medicine is overpriced, and can be found for 3-4 dollars cheaper in other animal hospitals, they make you wait and charge you for your waiting time. The facility looks old and like its barely holding up with federal regulations. Animal boarding is TERRIBLE they can board cats close to dogs dogs in cats cages and the smell is terrible! it smells like dogs defecate constantly in their cages (maybe lack of walks) and then somebody cant quite clean it all up so they try hiding the scent with other scents.
If you must see for yourself, walk in ask to see and **SMELL** the boarding cages and then make a choice.
