Cute hotel with thieving staff. For Orlando, the property is somewhat better than average and you will probably have a good time until checkout day. On the last night that we were here, one of the staff, likely the cleaning staff, completely cleaned out my wife's prescription migraine medicine because of its ability to be abused. The meds had been stored in one single container and they picked out the abusable meds. We reported it and they said they would investigate. We called back a day later to see if they had information as my wife needed her meds. They had no record of the complaint. When we got home there was a buzz around the company (we went as a group) of all of the missing items. We felt violated by the hotel staff.

This all-suites resort consists of three well-appointed towers--two designated for families and one exclusively for adults--surrounding a lagoon, and a community of 120 villas strung around the resort's own lake. Just 1 1/2 miles from Walt Disney World, the resort is a 45-acre tropical oasis with walkways winding through foliage, stately palms, waterfalls and atriums. It caters best to corporate endeavors with its expert convention facilities and services and VIP amenities. Nevertheless, discriminating leisure travelers should find it appealing.

The Details
Each of the towers' 1,218 one-bedrooms offer designer furnishings and significant work areas; some also come with Jacuzzi tubs. The two-bedroom, lakefront villas feature screened-in balconies and fully equipped kitchens. The resort's focal point, a super-sized, free-form pool with a winding, 75-foot water slide lends a playful touch to the resort's sophistication. Five restaurants, outstanding concierge services, two fitness centers and a Thrifty car rental reservation desk make the hotel appealing to those who favor ultra-convenience.

Had a Great Time!. My husband & I went on our honeymoon to Orlando at the end of April. We stayed 8 nights at the Caribe Royale in a king jacuzzi suite and had a wonderful time! The room was clean, the pool was fabulous and the staff was great. There are 3 resturants, one cafe open 24 hours. It is centrally located to all the parks and dinner shows. We had a blast and look forward to going back on our first anniversary next year.

it's okay. It's an okay place, staff was very generous. Inside the room is spacious, clean, but not elegant. The furniture is brown and ugly. The bathroom with the jacuzzi inside the room was small. Huge swinmming pool with a slide and waterfall. Overall, it's okay.
