Old, tired & family unfriendly. The Good: peaceful, pool, tennis courts, racketball courts (who uses them?) & lovely pond filled with wide range of wild life.

The Bad: Not a place for children 13 and under (no playground, not children oriented). Appliances are way too old & make the energy bill shoot up. Parking is annoying & for guests its awful. The management is cheap to change old and dangerous appliances.

Avoid this place, its above average in price, you ain't getting a deal outta this tired place.
