Recently moved to the area and am very picky about the doctors I stick with. I very much liked Dr. Joseph and will continue to go to his office. I am not sure what the previous review about Xanax etc. was about. I am having a rough time adjusting to the move and a friend recommended I ask for Xanax but I felt weird asking for it. Instead, I just described what was going on with me and he did NOT prescribe any sort of sedative style drug, but rather a similar SSRI to what I have taken in the past.

Great Doctor and Staff. I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for the past 10 years and he has always listened to what I have to say and sincerely cares about my well being.

I believe the people who write negative reviews about Dr. Joseph or is staff have drug issues and don't know how to take medication the way it is prescribed. Dr. Joseph has made changes to my medications as deemed appropriate and has helped me a great deal.

Take your meds as prescribed and you won't have a problem.

Great DR. I have been with Sonny Joseph going on 3 years now, and find him to be great. At first I quested how he diagnosed me by asking 15 min worth of question but he did. He worked with me for a year before finding the best meds for me. Follow up visits were just to assure all was well with my med. If all was going well and I had no questions the visit would be very short.

If had questions or new problems we would talk for awhile talking about what was working and what was not working or was causing problems. He would listen to me and together we would make decisions on how to go forward.

I would recommend him. NO i do not work for him

Great Doctor. Dr. Sonny is such a wonderful doctor. I've been going to him for a few years now and think he is so helpful. I usually never have to wait when in the doctor's office. His staff is very nice and polite. I am always able to get an appointment. Dr. Sonny is a great listener and has really helped me through my problems.

Brilliant Doctor with an exceptional Staff. I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for over four years now. Both he and his staff have been nothing but kind and understanding towards my needs.

First of all, Dr. Joseph is a Harvard Graduate. Anyone who is truly experienced in their field IS able to assess a situation based on a few simple questions, observing behavioral traits. He is a true professional and a brilliant doctor. When my situations have changed he has changed medications as necessary, or adjusted the doses as needed. ANY prescription clearly states within the information pamphlets (and as anyone who has taken any kind of medication EVER) knows - "If you notice certain changes consult with your doctor immediately." Everyone's chemistry is different, so naturally each individual COULD have a different reaction.

Secondly, the staff is wonderful. In an office that deals with the issues of the mind, they have been every bit of sensitive and compassionate to my situations. I've never seen them be anything but to each and every patient that's been there. I've been to physical therapy offices where plenty of the nurses have sorely lacked in those areas. Any kind of healing requires compassion, and they have it.

Four years. And every time I leave the office it makes me realize how far I've come in that time, and that tiny bit of peace in an otherwise cruel world makes a HUGE difference in my life. They have all been a part of helping me sew it all back together, and for that I am truly grateful.

This doctor should be shut down. How dare you perscribe adderall and xanax to these young adults. This office should be shut down. You are a descrace to the medical practice. you are giving out perscribtion drugs left and right and getting theses young adults hook on drugs. Everyone is now talking about this office and what a shame of a doctor you are. Stop What you are doing now!!!!! Discrace!!!

these people are crooks the entire staff and doctor. i have been treated by this doctor and my whole life fell

apart his staff is very criminally corrupted pat or patty as she calls herself is the buffer she is very rude and malicouse she may need a shirink herself i believe that the 9 comments of five stars you see is the staff of the doctor

there the ones writing all the comments you can tell just

by the way they over do it with the comments the dr and pat

should not only be invested gated by the attorney generals

office and arrested for fruade malice intentions to the patients plase all patients call pam bondi the attorney general office as well as the medical board about all the abuse of this office a.s.a.p god bless you all

Impressed!. I was very impressed with Dr. Joseph's office, knowledge and the time he spent with me in his office. I did not feel rushed at all. I immediately felt like he knew what I was going through. He was kind and encouraging. I don't have health insurance but I felt it was money well spent. My friend is a nurse and she takes her son to Dr. Joseph and she referred him to me. I liked him very much and have no qualms about referring him to anyone.

Recommend, But..... I do recommend Dr. Joseph as far as prescribing meds, but I have to agree with prev. patient that he only spends about 5 minutes with you and doesnt want to listen to what brought you there to begin with. He has a set of questions he asks, then takes you to the sample drug closet and hands you a script of what he thinks you should try. Just a very different way of practicing than I'd hoped for.

I found a place you might be interested in Dr.Joe.on face book look up I reamember the hippies place city Island.All who have gone on the page have a history ther as well as myself.Before desrt storm and 911.I have prayed for 25 years hopeing to one day have a voice to share my experience.Again your the best always will be in my mind.I am very close with John Caropi better known as the priest who was scandlized in 2011.Since than I have nutured his wounde soul.God is Good.But can he follow my heart to city Iland Sunny Josph you know me .This day be blessed.Abd don`t be afraid to go on with the adventure of I was cynthis Frishes Dr .And?
