DO NOT STAY AT THE ENCLAVE!!!. I just stayed at this hotel for the weekend and had it not been a holiday weekend that made it hard to find open rooms in the area, we would have left with our without our monies that we had already paid in our room. When we checked in and asked about some of the amenities, the person that checked us in, was unable to provide specific information (can you or can you not fish in the lake?? Seems like a simple question...) Then the room we checked into did not have any hot water in the showers, there was a leak under the sink and glass in the garbage disposal. When we called both the front desk and the numbers listed for the front desk and the on duty manager no one answered, so one of our party walked down the front desk to report this and met with a manager who assured us that someone would come fix the issues, while we had to wait to take showers. We asked to be relocated instead of waiting, as we had plans/reservations to keep and needed to move past these issues. After a not so pleasant conversation we were finaly relocated to another room in another building. Once we moved our belongings, got settled in and went about taking showers, it was discovered that the master bedroom shower in this room also did not have hot water either. We all had to share the other shower to go about our day. Overall this was when we explored the option of leaving the Enclave, but were not able to successfully locate another room at the time, and we had wasted so much of our short vacation already dealing with the issues the hotel had and were just hoping to salvage what was left our weekend. When we attempted to use our free breakfast, after checking the time in the amenties books, that states that breakfast is from 7 AM to 11 AM daily, we went down at 10:30 (since only one person could shower at a time), and were informed that breakfast was only until 10 AM. Later that day one of our party went down the restaurant/convenience store to purchase some snacks and had to seek out someone to pay for the items they wanted to purchase after several minutes of wandering through an empty store (no staff were on site). Overall the experience had by all 4 of the regular travelers that were in our party was so poor that we would rather not come to Orlando again if our only option for staying in the area was the Enclave. If we felt that the hotel would care, we would have requested refund for the weekend. Instead, we have opted to make sure that we and anyone we know take our business elsewhere.
