The Scene
Inside, the high ceiling and dim lighting provide the bar with a low-key atmosphere, while the outdoor space epitomizes the best of Southwestern laziness, with plenty of wooden tables, flimsy umbrellas and open spaces. When the sky is clear, few places in town are more relaxing for listening to music or having a casual conversation.
The Draw
Tequila is the spotlight ingredient, so nearly every drink includes it. If you prefer it tart, try the Adobe Lobo, Gilas' top-shelf margarita. Very thirsty? The Gila Grande is an enormous "mega-margarita." There are more than 65 varieties of tequila, from cheap stuff to sublime oak-aged Anejo--all at surprisingly affordable prices. Friendly bar maids and bartenders help newbies navigate the list.

I haven't been to Adobe Gilas in about 3 years and can't believe you got rid of your star attraction. The bar back Dan who kept us laughing and drinking there all night. Thank God Kyle is still there otherwise the place would shut down for lack of character.

Adobe's has great food and drinks in a fun atmosphere!!! The outside seating is great any night of the week and they often feature live bands with great music.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, great for hanging out after work or hitting up before a movie at movieco!!
Cons: Sometimes it's really crowded w/ tourists but that's I-drive for you, it's always fun!!!!
