the assmosphere was OK but thats it. Why is the staff so sad here. I was reading some of the other reviews and they are right on the money. Adobe's once was a great place to relax and be entertained by the bands and the workers. Yes the staff!!! Do you think people come to Adobe's for the over priced drinks? One of the stock guys looked like he was going to cry the whole time I was there. He didn't say a word to me or even make eye contact when I needed another drink. Hello you are in the service industry. At least act like you care.

OH and the whole Cure look ... over !

Unbelievable. You are correct. This place has gone down. The female manager should go back to being a server. She has no people skills at all. And the servers from last night were horrible. I did ask before I ordered how long she had been there and she said more than a year. She didn't even know the menu. My party of eight ordered drinks and I saw her doing shots with the manager before we even got our drinks, which Kyle had sitting there. COME ON ADOBE!!

Old servers are morons. Seriously, I love the place but the old servers and their friends that they hire are morons. I just encountered their new one. They take away from the atmosphere. And it seems they always are there on the same days. Hey management have you ever heard of ROTATION. If you have then apply it. My associates and I always seem to get the old servers or maybe they get the best sections and we have to suffer.

Awesome Margaritas. I went to abobe gillas two weekends ago with a group of 25 people and could not have asked for better service. We were celebrating a birthday and the entire staff and managment went out of there way to make sure we had a great time. It was a friday night and the bar was very busy we were worried at first because it was so busy but the drinks were made fast and deliverd even quicker. My friends and i were shocked beacause all of us orderd food and it all came out very quick. Not to mention how tasty everything was. Overall , my experience at adobe gillas was great from the quick service to the friendly waitstaff i would without a doubt recomend adobe gillas for your next event, or night out!!

Bring back that HARD WORKER COMING THROUGH back. You had a guy that made us laugh every Friday and Saturday night. He never stopped moving or making wise cracks to everyone. We always knew when he was coming because we would hear "Hard Worker Coming Through" He was a runner or something. I remember him hanging pickles on the ladies and always amusing us with his sarcastic comments as he came running into the bar with cases of beer. We kept saying we will run into him working or drinking downtown but never saw him again. The staff now is kind of lazy. Why?? Did Adobe Gila's get bought out? Why do the bands stink now also? If you know where that "Hard Worker" is working you should work hard on getting him back to work.

What happened to the fun staff??. I haven't been to Adobe Gilas in about 3 years and can't believe you got rid of your star attraction. The bar back Dan who kept us laughing and drinking there all night. Thank God Kyle is still there otherwise the place would shut down for lack of character.

Best Margaritas and fun outdoor atmosphere!!!. Adobe's has great food and drinks in a fun atmosphere!!! The outside seating is great any night of the week and they often feature live bands with great music.

Go somewhere else. I couldn't decide which was the worst - the food, the drinks, or the service. They were all tied for terrible. If you like to come to a restaurant where your waitress rolls her eyes at you and is downright rude, this is the place to be. Nothing better to wash the insulting service down with than a watered-down margarita for four that serves only 2. Hey guess what, we're the only bar in town that doesn't serve beers on tap. Instead, we'll charge you 5 bucks for a domestic bottle. Now that you've finished your watered down margarita and nursed your $5 beer, we'll make all 3 tables in the empty restaurant wait over an hour to get their cold food. To top things off, management's idea of customer satisfaction was blaming other customers for ordering too much. Do your self a favor - go somewhere else.
