AVOID AT ANY COST!. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST Greenberg Dental is an insurance scam, plain & simple... many members of their staff should not be practicing dentistry, are largely unqualified and devoid of ethics. They will gladly work you in to the schedule when you're seeking an immediate appointment. However, their 'work' will not fix whatever problem you have and even their 'cleanings' often *directly* cause their patients additional issues.

I have personally had done or witnessed the following at 2 or 3 different Greenberg locations in Orlando:

Crown reset twice in the course of 24 hours only to have it fall out again.

A 'cleaning' which required an *actual* cleaning a month later with a different dentist - the teeth having been only been minimally polished rather than cleaned and being roughly etched in the process.

A 'sedated' procedure where the patient was given pills for the 'sedation' (ie Flunitrazepam, also known as Rufies, the date rape drug... or something very similar to it) then asked to sign waivers & consents only after thoroughly out-of-it, was conscious for the entire procedure (just unable to remember any of it the following day) and not informed of the need for someone to stay with/monitor her after the procedure for her safety.

Three separate attempts to have what should have been a minor issue with some builds to repaired. 1st visit turned the minor problem into a major problem with the builds chipping and deteriorating within months.

Replacement of those builds which resulted in chipping the same day with cracking, further chipping and deterioration over the course of a single month.

On the third visit, the patient was yelled at - told (by the doctor from the 2nd visit - the same one who did the work) that he & the other dentists in the practice "weren't qualified to do what needed to be done in the first place" that the materials that they use are "substandard" they "should've gone to a real dentist."

If you've been unfortunate enough to have similar experiences - please file reviews here & elsewhere and report them to the appropriate authorities (ADA, BBB, Cigna, insuranceFraud, Medicare, etc.) -- If you're simply here looking for a dentist, LOOK ELSEWHERE...…

This dentistry is a used auto sales repair company. Please do not go to any of their offices. They do not treat their patients like humans but like used auto cars which they consider need more repair than needed. We pay them premium amount for their work and instead of fixing the problem we go in for, they damage something else on purpose so we continue to go back to them. Even if your gutt tells you that you do not need additional work, they recommend you like you need new tires when you only went in for an oil change, go for teeth cleaning and they tell you you need a root canal or something else. This is just a gimmic to make extra money...I paid a huge amount to get a crown on my tooth that had a filling, they recommended I should get a crown, I did, year later crown chipped, went back in, damage a nerve and Dr. drilled out the old crown and in that process she drilled out what she should not have. Now they dont give a damn what happens to me...customer service has not returned my phone call in 3 weeks!! Just avoid this practice...there are too many other who would give you a better service for your money.…

Absolutely a nightmare - LIke Third World. All these reviews are true. You will wait for hours, receive terrible service and pay high fees. I had a root canal and a crown. The roof canal is still infected after four months and the crown does not fit. Their solution was to clean my teeth. The dental hygienist thinks she is drilling concrete. They book up ten people an hour. The dentists and other "specialists" rotate around. All offices are the same. Run away as fast you you can. One star is too high.…

poor customer service. Kissimmee location. Great dentist worst office staff I ever dealt with in my life. Major surgery. Estimated time of partials to be delivered 7 to 10 days. 5 weeks later recieved a call parts are in schedule your appt. The first opening is 2 months out! EXPLOSION. After 5 calls got in the next week. In for follow up one month later. Needed partials adjusted. Thats another doctor see the front desk.NOPE not today! First appt. 3 weeks out! For an adjustment! Place is always packed with paitence. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY$$$$ JUST LIKE THE REST OF THIS COUNTRY TODAY!…
