Marissa awesome and just was a delight!. I had never been to a Golden Corral b4. I walked in and it was packed and the entree's were full and looked and smelled delicious. When I walked to pay the cashier she was a beautiful black girl with dreams of traveling to Europe she was very sweet and friendly, guys she is a girl who deserves a great man. She made my entry feel like I was at a family gathering. I started trying the variety of food and the steak was great and the chicken was so juicy and like my main course the food was as delicious as it smelled. My hostess Marissa she was a hard working on the go taking care of everyone she looked like she was making up for one of the servers slack. She was very nice and polite, she made my evening desirable and I enjoyed her company she is a great hostess. Overall I came back to try breakfast and it was a good experience but the morning crew could use some attention to there hosting, they were a little rude but I was just happy they kept my table clean. Today I am going to try lunch and will send my review afterwards. But I must so far my best experiences are when that sweet cashier is working and when my favorite hostess is working Marissa those two girls know how to be courtious and friendly and they try hard to satisfy your stay and eateries.

what do you see??. My experience @ golden corral has been an eye opener, for one..I do like the food, yet if I knew then what I know now, the food wouldn't be soo delightful. There are alot to say, technically speaking, yet only those who are really concerned about how the workers who prepare the food are the ones who'll yeild to this message. And as far as safety and sanitation, .. that too is questionable.

When I walk into a restaurant, I first check out how clean the restaurant looks. especially going back and forth to the kitchen by the servers. It sort of tells me how the people are in the work environment. Are they clean? Do they themselves concern themselves about how clean of an environment they are working in, to compare with how if they were to go out to a restaurant how would they feel looking at workers going in an out of a clean environment?

If the restaurant is dirty or the floor remains wet for a very long period of time, it tells me two things, the workers are either too busy to notice, or they just don't care. Taking the later, if they don't care too much about themselves, how much caring do you think they do for customers viewing their work environment, none.

If a company with a high volume of sales have a policy of employees helping to keep the environment hazzard free, why the wet floors

Again it can either be two things, either they don't understand the policy, or don't know it. If they don't understand; it can either be two things, they don't know it exist, or they just don't care to know to follow. You would have to consider whether the food workers/handlers are following 'First in First out' (FIFO) policy of the state.I've seen workers pull the new deliveries for the sake of fresh products and commend them for quality, nevertheless, the old deliveries are being pulled later on other days, and this can be a concern to the customers eating experiences. People get sick everyday not realizing it.
