If you like dirty and rude - stay here.. The room had a dirty and smelly carpet as well as smelly bed linen. It was nigh impossible to get anyone to clean anything - even though its promised. I was the maid during my stay at crestwood suites.

The managers and most of the staff - customer service is a foreign concept. They just don't get it.

I'm really not the type to nitpick. I realize the world's an imperfect place and we all have good days and bad days. But this place, it just reeks - figuratively and literally. I have never dealt with staff that was this rude. Really incredible.

The electronic lock on the door - its battery died...it took 18 hours for someone to fix it. That really should have been my cue...in addition to the funky carpet, and sheets.

One of the individuals at the front desk, he took the prize. As rude as they come. I don't know why they hired him or for what purpose, but it couldn't have been customer service. That guy needs to be fired with a quickness - I mean posthaste.

Would I ever stay there again - no, never. I think I'd even warn my worst enemy away - scratch that, I would. No one should ever be subjected to this. I spoke with their HQ, and they're sharp as circles - useless all the way 'round.

I could almost plead with you - stay away from this place - it really is that bad. But you do have the option of finding out for yourself.

It's a very simple hotel. This suite is very simple, nothing fancy. There is no dishwasher or oven in the room. Only stovetops and microwaves to cook with. This is good for people who is by themselves or a couple but definitely not for families when they don't provide much dishes and silverwares. The price is cheap and don't expect any luxury with this place.
