Worst Management---dont move here!. The management is horrid. Before I moved in they put me in an apartment with stains all over the carpet and promised to fix it. Once I signed the lease their true colors came out and they never fixed it even after my complaints. Now that I just moved out, they charged me $170 for the stained carpet which they blame me for!!! It is a false charge that I am disputing among many. The maintenance staff was nice but the management was very slow to relay any problems including air conditioning problems I had. One time in the middle of summer the A/C remained broken for days. We had continual problems with the AC due to old appliances and the AC broke no less than 9 times befoe it was fixed for good. Dont be fooled by the renovated exterior, the interior is as old as ever and so are the appliances.
