Pu Yi = Peeewuuuu. Although I have lived in the area for a while, I've never eaten there because it always seemed more expensive than other places. I was going to go to Subway, but decided on Chinese. So my friend and I went there for lunch. First we had the lunch special and asked for white rice instead of the pork fried rice. We received brownish fried rice without pork. Tasted like pork, without the pieces or anything else in it. No veg in the rice. But then the food was tasteless crap. I'm broke and we both threw our food away!! AND THEN....to top it off, as a lunch special they give a phili cheese fried rangoon...no soda!! ugh not worth a penny of my $8.75 YUCK do not waste your time or money.
NASTYEST CHINESE FOOD EVER. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken and it was the worst I have ever had. I payed way to much for what little food I got and there was really I mean really there was no chicken it was like soup, if I wanted soup I would of got soup...There was 2 big things of rice and all the sause. I was sharing it with my son and we always have extra but not this thing there was not even enouht to feed us both. I put the rice in it it was rice soup....I didnt order rice soup with veggies and a little but of chicken....I will never ever ever go to that place again I would starve before I eat there again...It's like want a little chicken and rice with your soup
Worst Chinese Ever. My roommate and I were in the mood for Chinese and order from Pu Yi and were severely disappointed. They placed a spring roll, rangoon, and chicken wing all in the same small big with resulted in the spring roll getting destroyed. I ordered Kung Bo Chicken and what I got was a flavorless watery chicken soup with random vegetables throw in it. Carrot here, mushroom there, weird piece of onion that probably should have been chopped smaller. My roommate's lemon chicken wasn't much better, it was random chucks of dry chicken poorly fried with only a hint of lemon flavor and no type of sauce or garnishment to speak of. They also forgot to include the fortune cookies I ordered. If you like white rice and soup then this may be your type of place but if you want a decent meal stay far away.
