POOR SERVICE. I just moved to Orlando Fl. from Va. and I have never seen A Wal-mart with such smart mouth people and this was a supervisor with a very rude mouth!!!!!!!!! I needed help in the curtain area and a hispanic supervisor was with a hispanic young women who was pushing a loaded cart out to the floor. I asked for help and she ended the conversation with "I not work in dept". When the two went to walk off I Said :you may not know the dept. but could you at least call for someone to help me" and when she kept answering "I don't know" and I started getting alittle upset The SUPERVISOR speaks up and says "INSTEAD OF TALKING TO ME I COULD BE ON THE RADIO GETTING HELP". Instead of making me stand there and the pair giving me the I don't understand English he could of did that at the beginnig of the conversation!!

In Va. the Wal-marts have hispanic workers and they are very kind and friendly. They go out of there way to help you. So I didn't buy anything I left. I feel that if you can't speak spanish you are not like and now I am wondering if I made the right move.…

worst service. couple of years ago, one could go to this store, and the customer service employees and their supervisors were very well people oriented. Not anymore. IT WILL BECOME ONE WORST NIGHTMARE , especially if you have to do a return. The CSM are very little oriented or does not seem to care about lines, people waiting or customers satisfaction. The employees, specially two at the service desk are are huge, give the worst time to the customers.. It is very frustrated, when a customer tries to return anything, the line is almost outside, and all the employees that should take care of this, walk up and down and do not stop to take care of the customer. Ive also seen a women that are in charge of the workers and the lines just looking like they're lost. I will advice to all readers to go to Target. It is true that their prices might be a little high, but their customer service is excellent and for people like me that just want to buy something and leave or return an item, it works. One thing for Target: keep your receipts. Walmart might have low prices but it is not worth it. Start thinking outside the box!!)…
