worst service

couple of years ago, one could go to this store, and the customer service employees and their supervisors were very well people oriented. Not anymore. IT WILL BECOME ONE WORST NIGHTMARE , especially if you have to do a return. The CSM are very little oriented or does not seem to care about lines, people waiting or customers satisfaction. The employees, specially two at the service desk are are huge, give the worst time to the customers.. It is very frustrated, when a customer tries to return anything, the line is almost outside, and all the employees that should take care of this, walk up and down and do not stop to take care of the customer. Ive also seen a women that are in charge of the workers and the lines just looking like they're lost. I will advice to all readers to go to Target. It is true that their prices might be a little high, but their customer service is excellent and for people like me that just want to buy something and leave or return an item, it works. One thing for Target: keep your receipts. Walmart might have low prices but it is not worth it. Start thinking outside the box!!)

Walmart in sanford is garbage i seen and heard a so callled store co or gen manager cal out a a assst mgr in front of people in open talkin bout they are not doin there job thats terrible first of all i feel as a shopper the gen or co should be up to par on responsibility now lets think i bet they expect the asst mgr too right? so i believe that sam walton made this store to better people as well as customers well i beg to differ i seen a co manager chew out a asst mgr but say i got to go home im done u do deal with it wow i was shocked i see a co or gen on top correct? well they dont do there job they just there for a paycheck they dont even care they dont work with employees they are there for the power with pay thay careless from what i seen the asst mgrs are the ones that try they listen they care they help y have a co mge to go home without helping asscociates or others thats a waste of are custorers shopping so anyone see this realize you shop not for saving u shop to help out store mgr and co mgr they there for free paycheck they dont help they there for power and critisizm they are a waste of time i feel like makin a page to support target they always willin to help. walmart has downgraded since sam walton died walmart was never created to be rich gready people they were there to support community and help walmart is now people with not much skill lokking for people with interset in getting rich for nothing its sad i bet sam would turn 3 times over in grave to see the way the company turned out let those whose run walmart burn in hell by the grace of GOD for the way theu act ( DO UNTO OTHERS AS HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU) WALMART has become greed not a help to sociiaty
