Overbearing Management DO NOT MOVE HERE

Do not move into Camden Landings! The managers are strict, overbearing, rude and disrespectful to the residents.

I have seen so many people get evicted here for one wrong move. Once one the bad side on the managers and maintenance workers they will watch you like a hawk until you mess up.

Very strict lease, for example: no satellite dishes, nothing allowed on patio unless they approve, can't even rotate my tires in the parking lot!

And they never fix anything that is reported. Leaking garbage disposal, clogged shower head, broken range on the stove. They come by and mess around with it, one week later it's broken again!

Also, it's not safe. There are three entry gates but only one is kept open because of robberies.

I don't know about the other Camden properties but Camden Landings is no good! I can't wait until my lease is up!
