Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

In 20 years of dealing with small and large businesses I have never been treated the way I was treated today. Person who answered the phone was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered and I cannot believe this shop is still in business. She answered my question about location with a very harsh "WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?

I answered that I was just wanting some information about flowers to which she responded "We don't have any! Sorry! and hung up. I wouldn't recommend them unless you enjoy RUDE salespeople.
