Never again. I ordered 2 pizza's online this evening at 7:00 pm and it showed that it would be delivered with in 45 min. I called at 8:00 and was told that the pizza had just left. At 8:30 I called back and asked to speak to a manager, I told him that I was still waiting for a pizza I ordered at 7:00 and was told at 8:00 it was on the way. He put me on hold then came back and said my order had not even been started and he would have it to me in 30 min.

I don't care if you have the best pizza in the world, you have the worst customer service I have experienced in years. In fact I can not remember the last time I was lied to so blatantly and then your employees did not even try to get the pizza out.

Not very good for the price. I ordered from the new location on Red Bug Lake Rd. in the Winter Springs/ Casselberry area. This is the second time i've ordered from Flippers and it hasn't been very good. The interior of the resteraunt is pretty but the food quality takes a hit. The pizza always tastes bland. I think they should make improvements to the suace. I also ordered a "flipper" which apperently is a calzone. This too was not very flavorful. I honestly have eaten better frozen pizza. I wish the food was better because I'm really looking for a good pizza and not something that I used to eat after the bar closes in college......

Delicioso. This is some of the best pizza I've had.. And I'm a NY'er.. I never thought I could find anything like this in fl. Fresh ingredients and high quality, wonderful flavor! Love it

The BEST pizza. I travel to Orlando 7 or 8 times a year and make it a point to stop at Flipper's by SeaWorld (Westwood Blvd.) everytime. Simply the best pizza I've ever had anywhere. So good that I carry a menu in my car and if I'm driving through Orlando on my way somewhere else, I'll call ahead and get it to go. So good that I had to think twice about writing this for fear of letting out a good secret and having the place jammed with customers. Friendly employees and awesome service. This is a small store - 4 tables inside and 7-10 outside.

worst pizza experience ever. flippers is a a bad experience waiting to happen. you must inspect your order before you leave the building.If they give you the wrong pizza or pawn off one of their mistakes.They expect you to eat it. If you dont catch it you have nobody to blame but yourself. So the bottom line is if you a pizza in the orlando area.You are better off staying with a big chain(pizza hut, poppa johns). Were they still stand by there product and there people. Dont let my bad experience happen to you.

I love Flippers. I go to Orlando just so I can have Flippers Pizza. I always get great service, and the best pizza ever. I get extra, because the pizza is the best day old pizza ever, too.

I live in the Daytona area, nothing here is as good as Flippers. I've different dishes there, all were good, but the pizza is the best. I've never had to wait, and the service is prompt and friendly, and the place is casual and relaxed. Perfect after a day shopping or at a theme park.

Now I want some. I wonder how far they deliver?

#1 anywhere for pizza! better then Chicago. We visited Flippers Pizza while at a Car Show at Old Town in Kissimmee...We have never had should a terrific pizza, My husband being frmo Chicago says its even better then most Chicago Pizza's. Every time we go back to Old Town, We go to Flippers...We have recommended it to many friends and they too are surprised by how good it is!

After Sea World's Fishes - PIZZA was the best. I have traveled to all 50 states and Europe. This small family restaurant beats Chicago, NY, San Fran and them all. I could not believe how great the sausage pizza was!

Best Pizza Ever!. I get pizza from Flippers once a week, and I must say, it is the best I've ever had. They deliver quickly, and their staff is always prompt and friendly.

As far as menus go, they have a large selection, with a large number of toppings and add-ons. Their pizza is thick and delicious. I also recommend their hot chicken and cheese sandwich. It is the best food item I have had in years.

With several locations near disney and universal, you're never far from flipper's on a night out. They're open late, and the restaraunts are clean and hassle free, and it always seems as if you know the staff already.

Perfect 10.
