Very pleased with quick service.
Last Friday I found a crack in the filter housing and it was leaking. I called Pinch a Penny and they sent someone out THAT DAY - NO CHARGE! The tech put a bit of epoxy on it as a temporary fix
until they could locate a replacement part.
They said they couldn't get the replacement until Monday, and I was really disappointed since this was the first warm weekend of the year and wanted to use the pool.
Well, not only did they find the part, but they came out on Saturday and combined the cost of my annual maintenance with the replacement installation and only charged me $130 for all of it.
Then - the next day Shelton from the store called to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of! Now, that's some good customer service! So rare these days!
So great to have a company that I can depend on to take care of my pool - I will always use Pinch a Penny for all of my pool servicing needs.…
