Waste of time. Got to my appointment early, the manicurist was late 20 minutes past my time; and in the end, she doesn't do French manicures which is what I booked the appointment for.

Clearly, they don't have it together if they can't book the right staff for the service.

I have officially had the worst pedicure of my life. An express pedicure took an hour and 15 minutes and cost me $30. I skipped the manicure. One disaster a day is enough! Steer clear of Forte for anything to do with nails.

wonderful salon!. My job transferred me to Orlando about 6 months ago, and I was terrified to find a new hair stylist. I am very picky about how I like my color and I have only found one stylist that did exactly what I wanted. After being here for over 2 months, a friend of mine insisted that I go see Bethany at Forte to touch up my roots. I told her exactly what I wanted and my end result was beyond anything I could have asked for. She took a little bit longer than I was used to, but in the end it was worth every minute! Not only did she do an amazing color, but she gave me a great haircut! She is the only stylist I'll be seeing from now on! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to try somewhere new.

So-So Salon. Not a fan of the new Forte. They do not allow tips to be placed on cards--only take cash for tips. Also, the prices are way too high for that salon.

Olesia did a great job on my up-do recently, but again, price was too high.

The tip thing just really bugs me!

loved my facial!!!!. I'm not a member of RDV but was refered to Yasmin for a skin treatment....man am I glad I went. What a great touch she had and my skin feels and looks awesome. I also saw they have dermalogica which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. positive experience overall

Amazing Experience!. I went in with my girlfriend, we both got our hair cut, she got a facial, and it was the an amazing experience! The best we've ever had! We want to thank everyone at Forte for giving us this awesome experience!

Waste of money and time!. I have been going to Forte for a while now and recently heard that it went under new managment. I was very sad to here most everyone left including Audra, Natalie, and Darcy. I loved everyone of them, they were so warming and willing to help you with whatever you needed. I was glad to hear that Bettiann and Corey are still there, they are awesome. I also had noticed that it wasn't Redken anymore and it turned into a Paul Mitchell focus salon. I decided to try a couple products out because Blake seemed to know what he was talking about. I tried out a hairspray and a volumizer...both sucked! The hairspray was so hard and the volumizer did nothing. Products are beside the point. When i walked in there it felt so cold and basically like they didn't want me there. Also nobody had clients...it was so dead. It used to be so full of life and all the clients were so happy to be there and get pampered.... not so much anymore. Not to mention the music is VERY loud and TECHNO music.. not at all what Fortes' clientele is like. I am very disappointed to here some of the things i have heard around RDV. Lets just say it is not a welcoming salon and the staff were really stuck up. I will have to go back to the service providers that i used to go to at Forte...which does not seem to be a problem anymore! I would have givin no stars.

Not so sure. I just moved to Orlando from South Florida so ive been looking for a new gym and I came across the RDV Sportsplex. Its a great facility with a lot of things to offer and so I decided to try out this salon thats right in the front doors of RDV. The girl behind the desk seemed to be friendly but I can't say that for everyone there. There were a few people standing out front that didnt even look at me and when I got a tour there was no one in the salon.. No one. That's when I decided to wait on coming in so I came to check these reviews and i noticed 4 great reviews so I figured this place may not be so bad then I realized they were put on the same day about the same person.. That's suspicious to me. Are these people writing good reviews about themselves because they have no business? I don't think I can trust a company who does that, I won't be coming here!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!. I have been a client at Forte Salon for years, and am more than excited about the new management and use of Paul Mitchell products and color! I have been to two different stylists in the past month and both times had an extraordinary experience! My stylist recommended the perfect cut and color for my hair, and i have never been so happy with the results! This is the first time i have been able to recreate the same style i left the salon with!! The stylists are experienced, talented and professional! I would make an appointment with any one of them!! From the moment i stepped in the salon i was treated with incredible customer service. The staff at Forte is a true team, very talented and passionate individuals. My sister and I are booked for facials next! An appointment at Forte salon is a pampering experience, one i look forward to every time!!!!

Save your money.. Don't go to Forte!. I have been a member of the RDV for years, and I have always used Forte to treat myself to a pedicure, get a trim, and purchase my hair products. I stopped by earlier this month, but I changed my mind about getting any services done after I arrived. The people inside didn't say hello to me, one of the employees glared at me while on their cell phone, and then I realized that they no longer carried Redken! No one talked to me or even bothered to make eye contact with me. There used to be a fun, warm energy and now it's cold, sterile and unfriendly. There didn't seem to be one customer inside, as most of the employees were standing outside. I will have to find a different place that carries my Redken hairspray and treats me like a valued customer. I'm dissappointed that the staff was rude to me because I always had a good experience before. I'm not sure all of the people that work there are rude, but I certainly wouldn't want to get anything done by the people I encountered when I walked in. I would be afraid they would mess up my hair on purpose! I'm not sure what happened there or why it's so different, but I will NOT be returning.
