Best Jewelers Ever!. I recently had some gold to sell and went into Goldsmith. Gil and Dave were very helpful and said they would hold my jewelry and watch the market for me. I trusted them completely and would up getting top dollar paid for my gold! It was much higher than other shops in tows!

I would highly recommend this store to anyone shopping or selling!

They Are The Best !!. My favorite store ever !! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years all of my bling bling comes from Goldsmith, I love them and I love their work all of their pieces are made of exclusive designers as well as custom design. I just got my anniversary ring and I am so happy I lOVE IT :) Thank you Goldsmith you are the best !

Old to New !! Great Experience !!. WOW !!! this Jewelry store rocks. I love this place the staff the owners and all of the jewelers that work there are super nice people and their work is awesome . they converted my old setting to something new current and very classy . I'm very impressed with the fact that none of the customers pieces leave their store everything is done on premises ! Its my new Jewelry Store for sure !!

A memorable moment !!. My experience at Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe was so very pleasant , I came into the shoppe with no knoweledge as to what I wanted and I have to say I didnt look presentable as I had just gotten out of gym. The staff made me feel so welcome and began small talk with me about my soon to be husband at the time, what a great enjoyable time that was and I became friends with the staff and my husband (boyfriend) at time bought me the most beautiful ring EVER a classic look that I will love forever!!! 10 thumbs up for Goldsmith !!!!

They did not return a bracelet..... My wife and I took some gold here on Friday 27, 2012. We were helped by Rita who claims to have worked there for 12 years. She took the gold into the back room. Then she gave us a real low estimate for the gold. We knew it was worth more than that so we declined it. We then went to the Diamond exchange where they offered us a $125.00 more for the gold. As the person working there gave us a itemized receipt my wife noticed the bracelet was not there. The gold never left our sight at the second store. We went back to ask them if they dropped it and if they found it. Rita said no she didn't. An could not find it. We asked to see the owner and when he came out he was nice at first but sided with his employee. Which I can understand.

But still no bracelet. So we went to call the police to fill out a report. Then that is where he became hostile and verbally angry. Claiming is brother in-law is a captain for the sheriffs department. That was telling me he has done this before too other people. We know what we. We thought we can trust them stupid us. so some it all the got away with about a $100.00 of ours. Just think of the bank account you can have if you did that to a person a day or maybe more people. If you are reading this please do the rite thing. We are not just making this up..

Service Beyond Expectations. I visited Goldsmith Jewelers after many friends had recommended them for their great service and wonderful results. I met with David to assist me with designing very personal gifts for my two sisters and myself. Following our conversation, he captured the essence of my sisters personalities and designed 3 beautiful pieces for each of us. Mr. Robinson was equally attentive, and provided renderings of the pieces so I could "see them" before they were created. My sisters were thrilled, and I could not have appreciated their wonderful service more. Highly recommend this jeweler, for both their wonderful service and their beautiful work!

Great Experience. My wife and I have been married for 32 years and she has a lot of jewelry some old some new, and many pieces are very expensive. I wanted to get her something that was unique. Money is a little tight so I asked the young man for some suggestions. He was extremely helpful and immediately showed me some pieces that were well within my price range. More importantly he explained in detail about each piece. I'm a little hard of hearing but that did not seem to matter he was very understanding and worked with me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you from a totally satisfied customer...

Great and Proffesional Custom Design. I recently stopped into Goldsmith with an idea to do a custom design neclace for my aunts birthday and from the time I walked into the door to receiving the neclace I felt I was in good hands with it. They walked me through the process since I had old jewlery, I wanted included with the piece, they guided me through the process they use of melting some of the old jewlery and kept me up to date. When the peice was done, it was perfect.. 2 happy customers- Recomend to any one

Goldsmith has AMAZING customer service!!. I bought a modest ring from Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe in 2001. It was all I could afford at the time. I shopped around several of the local jewelers and even shopped a few large chains. Goldsmith was the ONLY store to treat me as well as the man buying the Rolex next to me. I was not treated any less valuable than the "big spenders".

They helped me out with the price and even allowed me to put it on lay-away so that I could make payments on it. Because of the respect (and huge selection of jewelry) I have not shopped for jewelry anywhere else.

I got engaged in 2007 and still to this day I get the most compliments on my engagement ring because it was custom designed at Goldsmith so I am proud to say that no one else has my wedding ring.

Great Honest Jewelry Store. I recently was in the market for a Pair of Diamond Stud Earrings for my wife and a friend referred me to Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe. I walked in the store and was greeted with a friendly helpful associate. My first thoughts were wow look at the selection of merchandise. I was impressed with the associated taking the time to explain to me that they have been in business for 27 years and they are a Full Service Facility ranging from repair to custom design. I was impressed the associate took the time to explain about Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe before asking me why I was there. The associated then understood that I was looking for a pair of Diamond Stud Earrings for my wife. The associate even took the time to ask questions about my wife so she could better understand what may work best. I found the perfect pair of earrings for my wife and I actually came in under my budget which was a nice surprise. I will return to this store for all my future needs and feel comfortable to refer all my acquaintances to Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe as well.
