Well, most of us have to use banks, but I would recommend giving this branch a big miss. The customer service is non existent and those staff that wish to help do not seem to know the answers ... and no matter how much they run around, they also cannot seem to find anyone that will assist them. The lines are long and when visiting this branch, I often rely on the ATM and the available phones to contact someone in the know. An unpleasant experience overall.
Cons: Unfriendly staff, Unknowledgeable staff, Long waits
