Their appointments are availeble by the time your child is no longer sick. They "emergency" part of the office requires an appointment before they can see you. They charge you $30.00 for missing appointments and $20.00 for a nurse or doctor call back after 5:00Pm but no one will call you before that time (to charge you for the call). The waiting time always exceeds 2 1/2 hours with an appointment. If you have 3 kids they will cannot accomodate to see them all on the same day for "consideration" to other customers, therefore you have to come back and waist another day of your life in their waiting room. Their administrative personnel will give you the wrong appointment date and when you show up charge you for a no show fee. Is so unfortunate that such good doctors loose their patients due to the inexperince and poor customer service of their office personnel. They are not loosing my 3 children as customers but all the kids that interact with mine and that parecnts ask me for a recommendation as I will not like for them to be exposed to the same abuse I was.

Cons: Horrible customer service, excesive waiting time, rudeness of personnel

This people were trying to charg me a cancellation fee (saying i didn't call to cancel and I did) from almost a year ago. They never called me or send any communication or even told me in one of the next visits about this situation. When i explained this to them they refused to remove the 15.00 dollars so now they lost all the money from my insurance because they didn't want to remove 15. Imagine if their financial records are so bad how are their medical records. scary!
Pros: The doctors are nice
Cons: the office staff is horrible and the waiting goes into an hour
