I shopped the rest, they are the best!. Please save your time and just come here. We couldn't be any more satisfied! The price was way better than Home Depot or Lowes. They were easy to work with and professional from start to finish. Even the installers came on time, worked hard, and cleaned up when they were finished. Everyone was knowledgeable. The carpet looks great and we are very happy!

No pressure, Great prices,Outstanding work.. My wife and i stopped at some local flooring stores in Orlando and found that Discount Carpet on were by far the our best choice. We called first to set up a estimate and the gentleman on the phone advised us that in order to do so we would need to visit the showroom, to make some sort of selection so that when their estimators arrived we could receive a "actual" price.

We stopped by a few other local store on our way and there is a major difference from store to store, Our salesperson was not pushy at all unlike other stops, we picked our flooring out and got a actuall price for our job. which never changed throughout the entire process. i will say its a much better process than having someone come out and give you guesstimates then when you arrive in the store the price goes up $700.00. This was a great experience and they now have a customer for life.

great carpet and tile selection. discount carpet and tile were awesome. their quote was under homedepot by 500 dollars, not including all the extras HD added. their staff were friendly and very helpful. nothing was too much trouble for my installer...he removed everything without complaint or comment. was very clean and tidy. clean up after himself and left the place looking like new. i have no hesitation in recommending them. will use them again.

Best carpet experience ever. We first heard of Discount Carpet and Tile through friends that have rental homes. They recommended them highly. We were very pleased with the wide selection of carpet styles and colors and the prices are very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not too pushy. After we selected the carpet that we wanted for our three bedrooms they worked with us to have it installed in two phases. The carpet installers were very professional and did an excellent job. The rooms were left clean and clear of debris and the carpets were flat and tight. They disposed of the old carpeting. Overall I would rate them a A+ and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service.. This is my second purchase from them in the last 4 years and was highly suprised to read the first review, of all the stores my husband and i visited Discount by far had the nicest and most down to earth staff of all the companies we visited it actually played a part in our decision making. They gave us a great price and followed through on their comittment to us, I have and will continue to send friends and family to them, its great to know we have someone we can trust with any of of future flooring needs.

NO COMPLAINTS FROM US. 5 DIFFERENT JOBS.. Read the other review. Don't understand. Had carpet and tile put in 5 houses over the last 10 years. Nothing but praise from us. Great prices (we shop). Great installation. Also satisfactory rating by BBB.

GO SOME WHERE ELSE! RUDE!!!!. These people have no idea what customer service is! We hired them to do a small job, its going on two months, still nothing. They never call, you have to chase them down. They are rude and disrespectful! I would not reccomend this company they have two locations, longwood and orlando, to anyone. Buyer beware!!!! Go somewhere else!!! Trust me!
