I recently bought a Ford Explorer from Elvis @ Sutherlin (Yeah his name is really Elvis! Great Guy!) Well 3 days after I was going to go somewhere and I put it in reverse and BAM !!! the transmission slammed hard! I called them and I don't know what you know about Car Dealers and Used Car sales? But most of them come with a 50/50 warrantee -Yeah if it breaks in half? You own both of them! Seriously I called them and they didn't even hesitate - BRING IT BACK NO PROBLEM WE LOVE YA! I had no warrantee and they didn't have to take it back! Now I am in a 09 Nissan Rouge and it is AWESOME !!! Thanks US and Elvis and Dave in F&I ya'll are fantastic I highly recommend you to anyone and oh by the way I won a $100 bill cause everyone that buys gets to spin the wheel! So if you buy from anyone else you'll pay too much and not get treated nicer anywhere
Thx for picking up the slack... – I went to Lake Nissan dealership, went in . we were so far apart on a deal. Called me three days later & told me they had a better deal (didn't change) same O same O. Delayed me from getting the keys to my autos. That didn't please me at all with a wasted trip (second time). Wrote them off, that's it! Will never go there ever again.
Easy negotiations – The team/staff at Sutherlin Nissan in Orlando did a good job, and they are easier to talk to in the negotiating than other dealerships.
The dealership has COMPLETELY improved from the last time I was in 3 years ago! It was very clean, professional and a welcoming place to conduct business. In the end, the limited 2 person backseat of the convertible Murano was too limiting so I went with a new 2011 Murano LE. The deal I was offered was more than fair and the process went very smoothly from the sales process and working with the finance department. The General Sales Manager introduced himself and made sure everything was proceeding well. I was just pulling out of the parking lot with my new Murano and Carlos from the Service Department even came out to tell me congrats and let him know when I need my first oil change.
I would first like to say that the internet department did an excellent job on getting me into my brand new car. John promised me that he would get me into my car and he did! Not only did he make me feel comfortable with my purchase but he listened to my needs and made sure that I walked out with a smile on my face! Not only did John took the time to make sure that I made the right decision on my car, but his honesty, and bright personality made my experience purchasing my new 2011 Nissan Versa a walk in the park. We did hit a bump before my purchase, but like I said everything was smoothed out. After purchasing my car, even Ryan Ortiz went over all my paperwork with me with full detail explaining my interest rate, etc. Ryan Ortiz made sure that at the time of signing it would be a smooth process for me! Sutherlin Nissan's greatest assets are John and Ryan with their professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and effectiveness; I thank them both!!
I buy parts from this company all the time and am always completely satisfied with the service that is provided. I would not call anyone else for Nissan parts. Hands down the best in Florida.
Would love to haggle on price, all trained to be friendly, great showroom, interesting wheel, love the car, thanks for lunch during time there. John was exceptional & interesting salesman.
The Service Advisor was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me the best diagnosis of my car's problem and the best price. This was the 3rd dealership I visited for the same problem but the previous ones were a mess. This guy (Clinton Hicks) knows his job and how to treat a client, I hope I can find employees like him in the future at this dealership.
U.S. Marine and his team were absolutely wonderful! A couple of my family members have purchased cars from U.S. and were very pleased. I wanted to get something brand new and lower my car payments. I walked out accomplishing both!!!
Everyone was patient and friendly. Any questions or concerns I had they took care of. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great deal!
I needed to get a car with better gas mileage and a better payment than the car I had. I told Mr. Weiss the parameters that I could work with. I wasn't expected much, but ten minutes after speaking with Mr. Weiss, he called me back and told me that he had gotten me approved for the car that I was wanting. I was blown away. I didn't expect to get an approval, but Mr Weiss was able to get it done.
So, I would advise anyone who reads this and is on the fence if they can get a new car to call Mr. Weiss and see if he can surprise you too.
