My name is Annette Cotto I have 47 year. I want to know if I'am in the correct place. I have problem in my Left side of my back. I have 8 year that I can't work. I fall to much i don't have forcein that leg and I have to use a cane or sometimes a walker. I have insurance is United Health care and I want to know if is accept that coverage.
