Just a warning. For years I have had bad coolant leaks. My radiator is constantly leaking. 4 times just this year. Less than 2 weeks after I spent 500 dollars after yet another trip to Sloans a hose busted spraying coolant everywhere and ruining the paint job on the sides of the car. I was/am FURIOUS and they did nothing but argue back. Wanting to charge me more and not taking responsibility. After a huge fight they finally gave in and replaced the hose for free. Everytime I take my car to them they just replace the part without finding the cause. Sending me on my way with an unsafe car and charging me for it in labor cost. I took it someplace else after yet another leak. Turns out my hood that they damaged years earlier from it falling in their shop is causing the hood to rest on the radiator. I am furious with this place and if you want quality NEVER take it to Sloans. I am extremely angry with Sloans considering I have been a patient loyal customer for 10 years and sent many people I know to them. Never arguing their repairs. It takes a LOT to get me that spittin' mad and they acheived it.

Good Experience. I took my Subaru in for some brake problems and it was fixed the same day for under $90. I don't know the first thing about how vehicles work, and couldn't change the oil with out reading a manual. So, I always feel like I am at the mercy of the mechanics. They can tell me anything, and charge a fortune, because I wouldn't know the difference. The people at Sloan's Automotive provided great service at a fair price, and they were friendly on top of it all!

In regards to I got ###### - You have it all wrong!. It is apparent that you don't have a clue what you are speaking about. I have known this Family Business for over ten years and NEVER have I had a negatitive experience with this company. The prices have always been fair and the service has been prompt. I have not gone back for the same repairs twice, they get it corrected the first time. Considering the language and the grammar that was used during your posting, you are obviously not educated enough to know that you were with an A+ group of guys when you were a client of Sloan's!

Continue success and God's Blessing to the friends and family of the Sloan's.

I got ######. I took my car to Sloan?s automotive it was running bad. They had it for two days. They called me and told me they fixed it and its running grate. I went to pick it up and it was still running bad, they put on my bill of sale still having problems, cant find, not responsible... They fixed the #1 fuel injector and change out the ignition coil. Later that night the check engine light came on. If you don?t know auto zone parts stores will do a FREE computer check on you car to tell you wiye your engine light is on. Sloan?s charges 75.00$. Auto zone told me the computer sed, Catalyst efficiency low-bank 1 which means the oxygen sensors monitor the catalytic converters ability to store oxygen. I put 2 and 2 together and came up with I need to be a mechanic. After ...I... put on a new catalytic converter the engine light went off and the car is running grate. Sloan?s had my vehicle for two day?s and used a 1/4th tank of gas on test drives???? and charged me 200.00$ to fix half the problem.

Fast, Honest and Fair. These guys are great. Example: They gave me a quote to fix an automatic window for $200 which I approved and asked them to do. Two hours later they called back and said they made a mistake; it would be $50 less. When have you ever heard of a mechanic telling you and charging you less than the original qoute? These guys are the first honest mechanics I have ever met. They are easy to do business with and always straightforward and honest.
