Fire these Fireplace people. I have to say first of all that the sales person was very helpful and knowledgable of the product. Once I put the down payment in I waited the explained 5-7 weeks for the shipment only to find out the fireplace was not ordered. The apologized and told me they would order the piece right away. Two weeks lager they called and said and had to remeasure and the piece STILL wasn't ordered. This all would have been fine if they had offered some kind of guest recovery . . but NOTHING. Completely unsatisfied. I asked for a refund which took over two weeks to get done. Unbelievable.
