So Easy!!!!. I had know idea how easy this was going to be. I made an appointment at Minerva's Bridal and showed up with all of my besties! I knew that they were going to help me find my perfect gown. So I thought......Yup....I thought wrong. I'm so glad that I had Suzan as my bridal consultant. She took me by the hand and asked me questions about myself and my future husband. She brought me exactly what I was looking for. She understood my wants and truly wanted to help me. She Did! Thank you so very much Suzan

I also want to thank Suzan for the beautiful Thank You card and the followup phone call. I will tell everyone about Minerva's Bridal and Suzan

FANTASTIC!!!!. If you are a bride, Minerva's Bridal Suite is the place to visit. Suzan was my Bridal Consultant. She went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and almost like family. She answered all of my questions and let me know that I was making a wonderful choice. My mom wanted to make her our wedding planner! Suzan said that she would love to but, Minerva's Bridal needs her to be available to other brides that need gowns. Making a bridal purchase is almost as if I purchased a car or a home. I had that very same feeling as when I handed over my credit card. I think that Suzan saw it in my eyes that I was kind of scared. She smiled at me and said that everything was fine and that I was in great hands. She had also informed me that Minerva's Bridal pretty much relies on reputation. When she said that..... I was impressed. Reputation is pretty much like the first impression.

Amazing Customer Service!!. Minervas Bridal has an amazing selection of dresses, and the customer service there is incredible. Everyone that i worked with was friendly and genuine, not pushy. They made me feel comfortable and made the entire process enjoyable. I have been to almost all of the bridal salons in orlando and Minerva's is by far the BEST. Beautiful dresses that are affordable :) and Great customer service and staff, what more could you ask for? Definatly go see everyone at Minervas!!!!

Excellent Customer Service. Even though I did not buy my wedding dress from Minerva...I did buy my bridesmaid dresses and my step-mother's dress from her. She is so patient, helpful, and just a wonderful lady. I could have bought my bridemaid dresses somewhere else for a little less, but Minerva was so pleasant and helpful that I went back to her to order. She is very knowledgable and friendly! Visit her before making any decisions.

Awful. You'd think a Bridal shop would want to be very accommodating when they have a bride, 3 bridesmaids and the bride's stepmother in the store. Not at Minerva's they're not! Do not waste your time at Minerva's, go to Alfred Angelo which is not far away. The A. Angelo employees are cheerful, patient, and more than willing to go out of their way to be accommodating which is how customer service should be.

Terrible, disappointing experience. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Minerva's. A friend and I traveled from over two hours away to try on dresses by a specific designer supposedly carried by Minerva's. When I told my consultant which designer I was interested in she pulled several gowns that she said were by that designer. Unfortunately I could only go by her word. Minerva's removes the designer's labels from their sample gowns and replaces them with their own. When I asked about the designer of a dress that I liked I was informed that I would only be given that information if I purchased the dress. That's the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard at a bridal salon. What are they trying to hide? Minerva's gown selection is extremely limited. There is nothing special or unique about the gowns they carry. Very boring and dated. Also, my dressing room was not clean and the lighting was very poor. I would strongly recommend against looking for a wedding gown at Minerva's.

Outstanding!. We live in SW Orlando, so the drive is a bit far...but, well worth it! The staff is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to finding the perfect fit. The selection of prom dresses were abundant and unique. If you want quality (at affordable prices) and you don't want the typical mall gown selection, this store is perfect! :) They also have a seamstress on location if you need alterations..

Plus, they have a great selection of jewelry and headpieces.

A full-service salon!!

Great experience for my prom!. To much to explain! I love my dress and the service was great. Very sweet and lovable service. Very professional. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Minerva's Bridal an amazing experience. It was my daughters prom and everyone at Minerva's Bridal went above and beyond to make sure her experience was delightful. They were very patient with my daughter and I. All the employees are friendly and professional. They made this experience smooth and pleasant.

Terrible Customer Services. Terrible Customer Services as soon as you walk in. You are not greeted as soon as you walk in. The staff seems to be bothered when you ask them to view catalogs and gowns. Normally you will be offer an undergarment and a slid- they didn’t. I had to ask for both- again they seemed bothered. For my type of dress a slid is a must. Their policy sucks. You cannot take pictures which is the only way you will really know how you look. The mirrors are so close up so you really cannot truly view the dress. They have poor lighting. They have a stepper that if you are not careful you can twist your ankle. They do not help you get on it-oh and I had to ask for it as well. They only have one size; so make sure to call if you do decide to go (which I don’t recommend) so that you would not waste your time. Oh and the dress that you try on if it is the right size is the one you will get. That is so disgusting, I couldn’t believe that. They expect to sell you a $1600 dress without you even trying it on. Makes you wonder if something goes wrong with your dress would they even make an effort to fix it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. As a bride the last thing you need to be stressing about is your dress.
