Short Hair Only. Great Clips is not a salon you want to go to if you have medium to long hair. I've been to Great Clips twice and both times (different stylists) cut my hair too short and styled it in an 80's fashion. They are not up with the latest trends. However, they are good for cheap mens haircuts.

Clip clop!. Friendly staff greet walk-in customers as they enter. Most have a 5-15 minute wait if arriving without a booking. Stylists are friendly and approachable. The salon is clean and crisp. Service is GREAT and costs are manageable. When one of the kids came home, we noticed that her cut was uneven. We returned 2 days later to notify the staff, and there was no problem. The cut was made even & the staff were most apologetic - & more importantly, it was made instantly clear that there would be no cost to fix this error. Unfortunately, this salon only does cuts - I wish they would become coloring experts too !
