Bad customer service... RUDE cashier!. I have been an avid patron of the club and have regularly visited the place frequently with my friends. I have objections as to the level of customer service provided by the people at the cashier's desk. I have had a few bad experiences with that black, obese transvestite in the past but I was glad that somebody else was there last Saturday. However, the aged, decrepit man at the cashier's desk was no different. He was so rude when I presented my partner's credit card with both our IDs. Apparently, he only wanted the ID associated with the credit card. He could have asked for this in a nice, pleasant manner without being bitchy about it. People in your industry need to realize that business comes from the people who visit your place. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the way you treat your customers. I hope you understand that people share their experiences and for that, I would never recommend anybody to visit your place again unless you put in measures to curb your decaying customer service.…

Funky and Fun. ANY phaggeddy snotty ATTITUDE is wasted here. Met owner last week during an uncommon choreographe rehearsal in the Discotheque. Man I wish I rehearsed my answers before meeting him and could come across as all "old money" and what not but for 7 years have recognized that everyone who works at Parliament House has an amazing work ethic. I think the guys who do the behind the scenes are the sexy active ones. There are so many theme parties to set-up for and break down. The dancers for the Footlight Theatre have Julliard in their blood and hostess Darcel Stevens isn't worth her weight in gold but worth her weight in DIAMONDS for how she carries the Theatrical situation off with skill & tact WEEK after WEEK (I live in Clearwater and do not know her/him personally nor am I related) Out of town and Never been here before? Stay at Parliament House for extended weekend. Do the Kissimme 'Didknee' Parks if you must but many say they never had to leave the Hotel.…

SO OUT OF DATE. This place has really lost touch with the outside world. The place is just really tacky and dirty............. The price's from the door cover to the drinks,and the bartenders counldn't make a good drink if their life depended on it.

There was 12 in our group ( we called for reserved seating) "STILL 2 was seated here 3 over there and so forth.

And there was NO-ONE in the group that could say anything good about the drinks(Thumds Down).

The show's were less then avg. for Orlando,Florida

The dance floor was "REALLY TACKY" the floor and whole area around looked like a "50 YEAR OLD MOVIE SET ".......
