Pleasantly surprised !. For Christmas break 2011, I was in desperate need for reliable transportation to Orlando International Airport from my home. After reading negative ratings on the City Search website for Mears and most other taxi services in Orlando, I almost decided on the Lynx bus system which would have been reliable, would have cost me only $4.00 but would have taken 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Since Diamond Cab Company had no ratings yet, I decided to give them a try. I corresponded with them via their website and they were prompt in responding. They assured me they would pick me up at my house at the time I designated and gave me an estimate of the fare. To my delight, my driver, Mike, was at my house exactly on time, he was courteous and friendly and I arrived at the airport in plenty of time for my flight and within the cost estimate they gave me. I will definitely give them a call for future taxi needs.
