Great Experience, best customer service!!!!. Let me start off by saying that this company is the best bang for your buck! We saved a bunch of money and got a very reliable car, me and my family went to all the central Florida attractions and never had an issue, the people at rent a wreck even helped us with directions... A COUPLE OF TIMES! If you're ever in central Florida give these guys a call! 407-839-3990

SCAM ARTISTS - RENT A WRECK ORLANDO. SCAMMERS!! DO NOT RENT HERE. The owner, Bob is a lying cheating scumbag. We went down there to rent a car, they brought out a smelly piece of crap 2001 Ford Taurus with shaky brakes, a crooked steering wheel and a suspension that leaned to one side. A complete death trap. They presented us with a rate for one week to $337.25 - once we were on the road for five minutes we realized what a giant mistake we had made and immediately called to return the call - nobody answered the phone for over an hour and when we finally got through they answered and said that we could return the car but we'd be charged for one day $42 but guess what? They went ahead and charged my credit card for $337.25 - I'm on the phone with my credit card fraud prevention department now. I've also put in calls to their head office in Maryland and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

If you want a good car go to USAVE - after the calamity that we dealt with we got a 2010 Toyota for $200 for the week with great customer service and free airport shuttle service!

they will rip you off. This company is the worst rent a car place we ever

delt with. They lied to us on how much they charge for cancellation or no shows. $25.00 was the charge

we were quoted and sent via e-mail. We choose not

to pick-up the car up because of all the bad reviews.

A few days later we were charge the whole amount

$711.00 for no car. Now we can't get our money back.

They refuse saying we got the car. We live too far a way

to deal with this properly and they take advantage of that. SO PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Experience. A great experience. Managers were very responsive and, the price is about half of other rentals. The car was clean and reliable. I would use again.

Horrible Company. A dirty mechanic picked us up and dropped us off at the airport (for a $25 fee each way) and brought us back to their shop so you can imagine what the vehicle smelled like. The CD player was inoperable, the passenger doors didn't open from the inside (and no the child locks weren't on), the back windows didn't open, the passenger door didn't lock with the remote which we found out the hard way, the middle left seat couldn't be adjusted so whoever was sitting behind it was extremely cramped, and there were stains throughout the entire upholstery. When I asked if there was any compensation for our troubles I was told that none of these problems affected the use of the vehicle and that I was out of luck. I will never use this garbage operation again!
