Don't do it!. This place has really slipped. I had had an exceptionally nice morning and was in a good mood, so they really messed up for me to write this. $33 just to race home so we could both get on the toilet. $33 just so I could be made to feel as though it is my fault that the food was bad when the bisquit in the bisquits and gravy was as hard as a hockey puck. To her credit, the waitress did attempt to get me another, but then she proceeded to tell me that the former bisquit was just a little crunchy on top. No way. And while the new bisquit was not cracker like, it was dense and it tasted like the the sausage gravy was old, thus explaining the toilet issue. The coffee was mud. The sausage links had the consistency of vienna sausages--there was no crispy or snap at all. I wonder if they cooked it earlier and reheated it (the waitress insisted that the bisquit had not been microwaved, and later said she would go to the prep kitchen to see IF, IF fresh bisquits had been made that morning. IF! Even Chic-Fil-A makes their bisquits every morning!). Half of the grits were lumps that would take up most of a spoonful. My fiancee paid $2.50 extra for raspberries for his french toast and he got 5. FIVE raspberries. Don't do it! While the environment is cute, IHOP is better. Heck, McDonald's is way better. Don't do it! NEVER again.…
continue like this and they will be out of business. Never received the specials for the day until asked. My salmon salad arrived raw, (not sushi). Arrived a 2nd time still raw. I did not receive my 3rd simple salmon salad for another 25 minutes with several ingredients missing. Everyone at my table had finished eating. Apparently the 3rd attempt just went into the que with everyone else. End of meal all 4 of us requested the "special" drink but were told it was past time for the special. But they were going to comp my one glass of beer. Seriously???? The whole meal should have been comped. These 4 separate famillies won't be back.…
Keep on looking!. I tried this place for the first time after reading a lot of negative reviews. All of them are accurate. With four table in the restaurant, it shouldn't take 35 minutes to cook a burger. When we received the burgers it made sense that they must have left the burger on the grill the entire time. Burnt to a crisp is an understatement. The thought of the cook even serving it still makes me laugh. We asked foe new burgers only to figure out that even when cooked properly, this Chipotle burger was mediocre at best. Anytime there's enough barbecue sauce dripping from the bun to fill your drink glass, you know you're in for trouble. In the end, $30 for two teas and two burgers. Not really a good value if you ask me. Did I mention they ran out of French fries. Really? French fries? Most restaurants would cut some potatoes and make their own. Server Tim was accommodating, but surprised he didn't send the manager at least to say hi. Save yourself the letdown and spend your money elsewhere. There are so many amazing restaurants at a comparable or cheaper price point. Have you ever gone to one of those restaurants that felt they needed to reinvent everything, ultimately complicating the item and making it therefore taste awful? That's Whitewolf. Let's start with the basics first and go from there.…
Dissapointed. My husband and I met for lunch on a weekday. Sat for quite some time while employees just walked by ignoring us. Finally had to flag someone down after trying several times. I ordered the falafel wrap and the falafel were as hard as rocks. I can't even believe they would actually have the nerve to serve it to someone. We didn't have the time to order another meal since it took forever to get it in the first place, so my husband and I just shared his salad. Won't be going back here. It was the first time I've ever sent a meal back in a restaurant before.…
Doesn't live up to the hype. I had heard great things about this place and was extremely disappointed! The food is not impressive: nothing about White Wolf Cafe stood out as stellar. My party's order was *lost* when a fuse blew and instead of explaining it to us and offering some compensation (or even a complimentary cup of coffee!), our server ignored us for 30 minutes as she served everyone around us. No one was overly impressed with their food (our items could have been made at home for less money). Even the wine list was pathetic. When I arrived home, I called to complain and was blown off by the manager. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. I don't recommend White Wolf Cafe, and I can guarantee that I will never ever go there again.…
