High quality job, very knowledgeable. When we met with Jared from Universal Roof, we had already met with one other roof contractor. Jared blew us away with his knowledge of how insurance works and what he was able to uncover during his roof inspection. He even met with our insurance adjustor to discuss the roof leaks and roof damage. When the time came to get the job done, the production manager Aaron called us to get everything scheduled. The crew was professional and caring, they did a knock-up job on our roof, and it was done in a very timely manner. We ended up with a better looking roof than we expected and it really updated the look of our house! (In fact, we repainted the trim of our house to match the new roof.) Universal Roof was attentive through the whole process, even when an issue came up during the roof replacement. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Exceeded all my expectations!. From my initial phone call to the time when the production manager left my house, everyone was prompt and courteous. My home looks great! I've recommended them on more than one occasion

Bad workmanship,don't honor their warrenty,hard to get in contact with. Repaired roof 6 times and still not fixed. 5 other contracters said their work was poor quality and unprofessional. AVOID Them at all cost !!!!!!!!!! You will have nothing but a headache if you do business with this company.
