AWFUL SERVICE!!! BEWARE!!!. The food is ok. The service is absolutely awful!!! You wait for 10 - 15 minutes for a single value cheese burger and then the staff sits and chit chats and shoots the shxt for the duration of your wait. And when the order is ready they are too busy talking and goofing off to pull it off the window and hand it to you so you have to prompt them to do their job.

It's ridiculous, and it's been like that the last 3 times I've gone in there. Today was the last straw. I waited 15 minutes for a regular cheese burger and when I did get it, the thing was all askew and missing cheese. WORST experiences there, EVER.

The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions.
