Editorial Review for Harry P Leu Gardens – by Eyal Goldshmid
In Short
This 50-acre estate allows visitors to peruse the grounds of Harry P. Leu, one of O-Town's most respected entrepreneurs. Guests can tour one of the many turn-of-the-century houses, hike one of the many trails, gaze out over Lake Rowena from a private dock or stroll through the award-winning botanical gardens. Be sure to spend time at the main house, which holds a small traveling showcase of paintings, all of which are for sale.

My wife and I have been to Leu Gardens a couple times, and we always enjoy it, even though were not gardening nuts. The garden is very peaceful, and there're many places to sit and enjoy beautiful views. Every time we visit, there's something new to maintain our interest. If you go, don't miss the tour of the Leu House (every 1/2 hour.) The best time to go is in Jan-Feb when the Camellias are blooming. I you want to have lunch nearby, try the Panera Bread at Fashion Square Mall, or Athenian Garden Cafe on Orange Avenue.
Pros: Cheap, No crowds, Location

It is definitely worth the admission fee, but I thought this was a rating of FREE attractions. Leu Gardens charges an admission fee which should be pointed out.
