OUTSTANDING SERVICE #1 LAW FIRM. I had a case with a slip and fall and because of me being a single parent and afraid i did not go to the hospital from the establishment however my injuries got worst. Afterwhich i did receive treatment and Umansky law firm was contacted this was a very hard case because this being new to me i did'nt know the ends and outs the do's and the don't. I could not even prove what made me fall because it was weeks later. Mr. Umansky called and met with me personally to explain the what could happen and could not happen he worked with me on a very professional level. I was sent to the one of the nicest Chiropractors there is. He took this case really knowing that it might all just blow up in my face. But he stood firm and was very honest with me the entire time.

His assistance worked me took my calls everyday and assured me that Mr. Umansky would be in touch and he kept his word from the beginning he fought a good fight and won. Thank you Mr. Umansky for a job well done.

This is a great firm to work with. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of an attorney. I was injured in a car accident while sitting at a red light. They Umansky Law Firm handled my case with ease and made me feel completely comfortable from the very first meeting. I received numerous updates regarding my case and they are great negotiators. If I am ever again in need of an attorney this will be my first stop!

Amazing firm/lawyer. Bill represented me in an automobile accident case that was quite complicated. There was several vehicles, several insurance companies and minimal injury/damage in comparision to many cases. He was able to resolve the matter with a nice settlement, without going to trial. He was a pleasure to work with and his staff was great. I highly recommend this firm.

Great job!!!. I used the Umansky law firm to represent me in a DUi case in Orlando. I was from out of state. They handled my case completely without me having to travel back to Florida. They were also able to get my DUi charges reduced to reckless driving and was able to get the other two charges dropped. They also was able to reduce the restrictions that were going to be placed on my driving privileges.

Great representation. Recently I found myself in the most trouble I have ever been in with the law. As foolish as it may sound, I was pulled over going 64mph in a 45mph zone. Knowing the severity of the infraction and its hefty point and monetary consequences this was, regrettably, the absolute least of my worries. The responding officer proceeded to ask me to conduct a field sobriety test and furthermore a Breathalyzer test to determine if any alcohol was present in my system. Being under the age of Twenty-One, a .02 is the legal limit for me. I am deeply ashamed to say this but the Breathalyzer indicated that my Blood-Alcohol-Content (BAC) was .116. My life, not to mention my driving record and insurance policy, as I knew it was about to be tarnished for the rest of my life because of the three numbers that showed up. I was issued a notice of suspension stating that after 10 days my license was to be suspended for 6 months.

When I got home I asked Google who could possibly help me with my situation. As fate may have it Google answered "William David Umansky." I did some extensive research on this lawyer; everything that I could possibly find on him only made my decision an easier one to come to. Upon hiring Mr. Umansky and going to his office for the first time I found myself comforted by the sight of degrees from the University of Florida (go gators); and what seemed to be awards eloquently framed and on display showing proudly his many achievements. I honestly felt like things would actually be ok. His employees treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy offering me a beverage of my choice while accompanying me to my personal conference room where I was to wait for Mr. Umansky. Promptly after sitting down Mr. Umansky greeted me with a firm handshake and a warm smile. Mr. Umansky then told me the details of my case and what was going to happen. Before the end of the day they had already taken my papers across town and acquired my temporary permit allowing me to drive to work and school.

After returning a week or so later Mr. Umansky went over again in great detail what it was he was planning on doing. He even brought out the big book of traffic laws and we went over the various statutes and how they pertained to my case. Keep in mind I’m under the age of 21 and was allegedly in control of a motor vehicle with a BAC of .116, observed going 64mph in a 45mph zone. While at work on my half-hour break I glanced at my phone to see a voicemail was waiting for me. As I listened, Mr. Umansky’s familiar voice said exactly what I had been praying for every day, “Hey Phil I got your license back!” This was it he had won! CASE DROPED! Mr. Umansky has shown me not only his unquestionable ability to help a person in an impossible situation, but his benevolent character and passion for what he does fuels his arguments and really sets him apart from other lawyers. I highly recommend William David Umansky to anyone who finds them self in a legal dilemma, oh might I add throughout my research I found he does a superior job with personal injury cases. Thank you Mr. Umansky thank you so much!

Extremely Knowledgeable!. Bill handled a Personal Injury case for me and did an excellent job! He fought with the insurance company to make sure I had a rental car quickly. He negotiated a fair financial settlement that also included future chiropractic care. Just like any other P.I. case, it did take sometime to complete but you will get the best service in the business!
