MISS MELISSA

I must say after a lot of experience of not checking reviews before I went somewhere, and much disappointment I could have saved myself. This is the very first place that has absolutely held up to its expectations! Back in May of 2011 I got ahold of profiles because I wanted to do a 30's/40 theme party for my husband. I had made the dress and the his vest and my hair was one thing I wanted to look as authentic as possible. I spoke to Nancy which is always a pleasure and she asked me to email them the photos of what I was looking to get done for the party. They got right back to me and we set up an appointment with my new and amazing hairdresser Melissa. My Hair that night turned out SO GOOD!! Not stop compliments from everyone I ran into. It held the WHOLE NIGHT. After that I was very pleased. In the beginning of july I started working out and lost a bunch of weight I was invited to a wedding on labor day weekend and I was feeling so good about myself I was ready to do something BIG well at least to my plain blondish brown hair. I figured HEY lets go dark brown! I called profiles back up set an appointment to talk to Melissa, and she was fantastic ,understanding the big change I wanted and being honest and real with me about everything. I finally went through with it and I changed my hair color entirely. Every month since August I have gone back to see Melissa she is soo wonderful I have had color and highlights since! I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me. The atmosphere is wonderful everyone is so nice Jennie did my friends and my make up for the party it looked fabulous! Lisa has cut my husbands hair and she did a wonderful job! Tina did my best friends hair for the party and she looked just as amazing. This Place is awesome! I love being there and looking forward to many more visits! Try It! You will not be disappointed! "Cheryl"

Tina is a miracle worker with color

I decided LAST MINUTE to get a hair cut, so I called Profiles Salon on a sat afternoon and they managed to fit me into their schedule within 1 hour! I am a master at procrastination and they have accommodated me like this before. I went to Tina. She is talented and touched up my highlights that were done incorrectly to begin with. (Another salon) She was fast, she knew what she was doing and I walked out of their with beautiful hair. Please give her s hot if you want natural highlights. The staff is always friendly and I had a great convo with Tina, she is the real deal. I will be back there again. BY the way, I have been going to this salon for over 6 years, I have gone other places, but I always go back.

Amazing Shellac Manicure

Neisha did my shellac manicure and pedicure yesterday and both were amazing! She took her time and wasn't rushing me and she was so personable and friendly. I will definitely recommend your salon and I will definitely come back to see her and for more services! The rest of the staff that I met was also very friendly!

Thanks to everyone for such a wonderful afternoon of pampering at your salon. Jennie pampered me with an amazing facial followed by a great manicure and pedicure. Tina topped the afternoon with a new colour and style. Thanks to everyone and hopefully will see you on my next holiday in Orlando.

COLOR CHANGE WITH RACHAEL

i love how my hair turned out. i went for a color change and i was nervous at first bc i had highlights but when i got racheal she relaxed me and explained how it would be and i went from having highlights to having a nice sold black. my hair looks great and the color turned out really nice and shiny. i went here bc of the reviews and im glad i did. everyone was nice and friendly and they will take care of you and your hair.
