Orlando >A & E Salon
Felt worse about myself AFTER.
I went to get a cut and highlights but instead was treated very rudely. I have straight thin hair, and the entire time Jazmine tried to sell Keratin treatment to me, though I mentioned numerous times I wasn't interested. Then she was asking me what kind of food I ate, and I couldnt understand why. She then said because she noticed the skin on my face, and she wanted to help me. I have rosacea and my skin can tend to be red and blotchy, and even have acne. I am on medication for this and told her that it wasnt acne, but a skin condition which I was on medication for. She wouldnt let it go, and even said she didnt agree that I should be on medication, instead I just need to eat better. How rude is that??
Aside from being rude, the highlights were done very poorly. I have naturally light blonde hair as it is, and when she put in highlights she put me under the dryer for 15min which I have never had to do. Then she had messed up and made them too yellow and had to use a toner as well. My hair is the easiest to highlight as it is already blonde, and noone ever has to use toner or a dryer on me.
On top of all of that she scheduled me at 130, someone else at 2, and someone else at 230. There is no way you can highlight and cut someone in 30min, so while she started on the next girl, her MOTHER washed my hair...
I did not complain when I was in the shop because I was still fuming about her insulting me, but I want to warn anyone who goes there to beware...
