I own several properties in the Orlando area and have had bad luck with management companies before. I signed with Property Management Specialist a few years ago and they have turned my properties problems in to success. I have never been let down by them. Problems do happen, and they are always there to take care of them promptly and professionally.

As a owner I want the best tenants anyone can find, but, I also don't want to deal with late payments or even other hassles a homeowner may come in contact with. With these guys I never have to worry about a thing.

Professional and friendly staff. I really like their policies which keep me in charge of the important decisions, while being able to step back while they take care of the day to day. I don't feel stressed anymore and my tenants are much happier with this arrangement. New tenants have been great and I get my checks on time. Property Management Specialist has proven to be a valuable asset to me and I highly recommend them.

We cleaned our place for 2 days before we moved out recently because we've never gotten much of our deposit back before and this time we wanted as much as possible. They gave most of it back and we are very pleased.

My experience has been satisfactory. They are great with handling tenants and I always get my rent on time. My property is taken care of as well.
