Horrible Company

My roommates have rented from this company for 3 years, and I have rented from them for two. We have always paid our rent on time and overall been great tenants! We have had a few problems come up over the years, such as tree limbs broken from the hurricanes of 03' that we had to pay for and Wilson would not reimburse us. Also, our air conditioning unit would die about once every month. The company that came to repair it recommended that we get a new unit in 04' but Wilson said that they had to check with the owner of the home first (which makes since) and that he was on vacation. Well, a year went by with our air conditioning unit breaking once a month on cue and having to endure the heat for a few days before they could send someone to come fix it. We asked about the new unit and Wilson informed us the unfortunatley our owner was still on vacation! Seriously, who takes a year vacation?? We are terminating our lease this month, and of course, like always, the air went out. I called Wilson to have them come fix it and there response was, "Well, aren't you guys moving out on the 30th?" !!!???!!! Are you serious??? They expected us to just endure a month without air cause we were moving soon??? They ended up folding and sending someone out, but as always, they couldn't fix it the first day....so still no air. When I complained to Vice President of Wilson about our circumstances he hung up on me! They are a horrible company that is only good at taking your money...if you decide to rent through them you better pray that you don't have a problem with your house, because you will just have to live with it!
Worst Property Management Group In Orlando!!!

I have been living in a home rented by Wilson Management Group for 3 years. In that 3 years our air conditioning has broken continuously, and we have time and time again called to have it fixed. They gave us unprofessional customer service and took three years to finally get part (only part) of the unit fixed. The unit for our house is the original unit from 1982. They FINALLY replaced the interior unit a couple weeks ago after we called a lawyer and guess what? There's a leak in the unit and we're stuck without air conditioning again. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Save yourselves the headache and look elsewhere!!!
