I got an arrangement from this florist on Valentine's Day. Two of the eight tulips were already fully opened and wilted (well past their prime). I called the florist and was told that they would replace the arrangement the next day; it never arrived, nor did they apologize for sending out a sub-par arrangement. Note that the flowers were ordered two weeks in advance. You can get better arrangements at the supermarket.
